Bridal Contract

Every bride that books with myself will need to read and agree to the below contract. If you have any questions with the below, please contact me and I will be happy to answer any queries.

Agreement

I 'Sophie Dudley Makeup Artist' shall provide services to the best of my ability for the Client. Any modifications of the booking must be agreed by both parties in writing. By the Client sending the deposit, you accept you are entering into a contract and agree to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Liability

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported prior to makeup application. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Artist if there are any subsequent reactions to any products used in the trial, so adjustments can be made. The client agrees to release the Artist from all liability for any skin complications due to any allergic reactions.

Photography

The Client agrees that photos or videos may be taken and used for promotional use, such as on social media and my website. Credit will be given to the photographer and videographer.

Payment

A deposit of £100 is taken at the time of booking to secure the wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments are to be made through bank transfer. The remainder of the balance is to be sent at least 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Rescheduled/Cancellations

Rescheduled or postponed weddings will need to pay a second deposit to secure the new wedding date. If my services are cancelled by the Client less than 4 weeks prior to the Wedding, the full amount of the quote will need to be paid.
